Job Description
Customer Experience Representative at LineLeap providing outstanding support for nightlife venue partners and customers. Resolving inquiries and optimizing revenue through data analysis in a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all customer inquiries and communicate with partners to problem solve in real time
- Support Venue Success team to ensure quick, thorough, and professional response to venue partners
- Analyze sales data to optimize revenue during peak hours
- Change course as priorities shift with tasks such as data entry, research, bar crawl and ticketing support
Requirements:
- Self-motivated, resourceful team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly empathetic and love resolving issues quickly, politely, and professionally
- Ability to work cross functionally to handle obstacles
- Able to monitor sales data to optimize performance and revenue
