Job Description
Customer Service Representative delivering exceptional service across phone, email, and chat channels. Handling inquiries and ensuring compliance with banking regulations for a fully remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and payments
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions for standard and moderately complex cases
- Deliver personalised service while adhering to compliance and operational standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer care processes
- Identify and escalate issues or risks promptly
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Contact center experience (desirable)
- Knowledge of banking products and FCA regulations (desirable)
