Job Description

Customer Service Representative delivering exceptional service across phone, email, and chat channels. Handling inquiries and ensuring compliance with banking regulations for a fully remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and payments
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions for standard and moderately complex cases
  • Deliver personalised service while adhering to compliance and operational standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer care processes
  • Identify and escalate issues or risks promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Contact center experience (desirable)
  • Knowledge of banking products and FCA regulations (desirable)
