Job Description
Customer Service Representative delivering support to customers in Danish and English. Role includes problem-solving and brand advocacy in a global customer service environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch support to customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media)
- Develop a deep understanding of our product range to accurately answer questions
- Analyse customer concerns, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Promote our brand values and foster positive customer experiences through every interaction
Requirements:
- Fluency in Danish with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong English language proficiency (written and spoken)
- A genuine passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service
- The ability to understand and respond to customer needs with empathy and compassion
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
