Job Description

Customer Service Representative delivering support to customers in Danish and English. Role includes problem-solving and brand advocacy in a global customer service environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch support to customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media)
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product range to accurately answer questions
  • Analyse customer concerns, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Danish with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong English language proficiency (written and spoken)

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
