Job Description
Customer Service Representative assisting Audi customers with inquiries via phone and online. Requires high Danish and good English, with customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing a leading European automotive brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience
- Staying updated on the latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information
- Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction
- Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
Requirements:
- Have a high level of Danish (C1 written and oral) and a good level of English (B2)
- Have 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Are passionate about automotive topics and skilled in digital tech
- Are strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Are excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset
