Job Description

Customer Service Representative focusing on online customer support at Autohero. Handling inquiries and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction for premium car purchases.

Responsibilities:

  • Support our private online customers with a strong focus on satisfaction — you ensure excellent customer experiences!
  • Handle all questions and concerns from our online customers regarding cancellations and returns/order reversals and create an optimal customer journey
  • Act as the interface to the Customer Service team and maintain close collaboration with other departments to guarantee smooth processes.

Requirements:

  • You enjoy customer contact and work in a reliable, solution-oriented manner
  • Experience in telephone-based customer support; automotive knowledge is not required
  • Team player with a healthy dose of self-motivation
  • Very good German language skills and a confident command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
