Job Description
Customer Service Representative providing assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat. Resolving complaints and collaborating with teams to meet service goals.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders and returns
- Update customer information in the system
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer complaints and issues
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that customer service goals and objectives are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in English or any related field.
- English proficiency at C1/C2
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in relevant computer software and tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexible to work onsite, hybrid, or remotely
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
