Job Description
Customer Service Specialist providing remote multilingual support in French. Handling customer inquiries, bookings, and modifications in a remote environment with international teams.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, emails, case management)
- Support customers with inquiries such as bookings, modifications, and general assistance
- Provide professional and empathetic communication, especially in escalations
- Accurately document all interactions in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and resolution
- Stay updated on processes, tools, and platform changes
Requirements:
- Professional-level French (C2)
- Good level of English for internal communication
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
