Job Description
Customer Service Supervisor leading remote support team, managing performance indicators and providing development support. Collaborating with internal teams in Belo Horizonte area.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a remote customer service team
- Monitor service and quality KPIs
- Provide feedback and support team development
- Assist team members with issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to processes and service standards
- Interface with coordination and other company departments
Requirements:
- Experience as a Customer Service Supervisor or Call Center Supervisor
- Proven experience managing teams
- Knowledge of service/customer support metrics
- Strong communication skills and leadership presence
- Comfortable with technology and support systems
- Reside in Belo Horizonte or the metropolitan area
