Job Description
Customer Support intern for Foreign Policy working remotely, responsible for answering queries via Zendesk and assisting with various projects.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer communications via Zendesk
- Identify bugs and troubleshoot errors
- Assist with special projects as time allows
Requirements:
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience in customer service preferred
