Job Description

Customer Support intern for Foreign Policy working remotely, responsible for answering queries via Zendesk and assisting with various projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming customer communications via Zendesk
  • Identify bugs and troubleshoot errors
  • Assist with special projects as time allows

Requirements:

  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Experience in customer service preferred
