Job Description

Customer Support Specialist supporting customers with high-quality household technology products. Managing interactions via phone, chat, and email to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming customer interactions via phone, chat, and email.
  • Providing clear and accurate information about a wide range of home technology products.
  • Assisting customers with technical troubleshooting and product-related questions.
  • Handling warranty requests, repairs, and replacement processes.
  • Advising customers on suitable products based on their needs and preferences.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and technical curiosity.
  • Ability to remain professional and calm when handling customer concerns or unexpected situations.
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support is considered an advantage.
