Job Description

Sales specialist driving Veeam Data Cloud Vault adoption across Germany's enterprise channel. Building strategic accounts, partner programs, pipeline, and quota-carrying revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer adoption and expansion of Veeam Data Cloud Vault through the channel
  • Lead customer and channel conversations shaping data protection initiatives
  • Partner with Account teams, Solution Engineers, and the channel organization
  • Lead customer and channel transformation across a defined geographic territory
  • Demonstrate the business value of Veeam's cloud-native managed storage service
  • Execute territory strategy and pipeline development across priority partners and 500+ strategic accounts to achieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate daily with territory AEs and channel managers on account partnering, channel strategy, and deal pursuit teams
  • Provide weekly product-specific forecast updates
  • Prepare and lead value-based customer discussions
  • Design channel programs to maximize adoption and revenue impact
  • Build and maintain strategic channel and customer relationships
  • Identify priority accounts and partner with Solution Engineers on technical and business value messaging
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to improve sales tactics and win rates
  • Master competitive positioning, market trends, and pricing strategies to drive growth

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with proven success in cloud/SaaS solutions
  • Track record of success and career growth in field sales and channel development
  • Experience working effectively in specialist sales models preferred
  • Proven capability in Enterprise software sales and SaaS business models, ideally in data protection, data management, or M365 sectors
  • Exceptional skills in business case development, commercial negotiations, and stakeholder management
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong team player / coach mentality and personal engagement in opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Applicant must be permanently located in Germany; applicants permanently located outside Germany may be declined
