Job Description
Property Data Specialist helping Porch’s home services software and insurance platform analyze residential property information. Validating online records, managing casework, and improving property data ingestion.
Responsibilities:
- Examine property documents to identify key pieces of information about the property
- Validate the correctness of key information online
- Search for relevant additional details when possible
- Accurately and consistently add information and associated details to property records
- Manage caseloads and priorities for quick turnaround and positive customer experience on time-sensitive tasks
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Meet metrics for the position
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management
- Work directly with product and engineering teams to improve property data discovery and ingestion processes
- Help identify and record important residential property features
- Track down property details and train learning systems to better support this work
Requirements:
- Strong English reading and writing skills
- Solid ability to find information on the internet
- Great attention to detail and close to zero errors
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Strong time management skills and committed work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn from and accept mistakes
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to understand case priorities and manage own workload
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies
- Quick learner, resourceful, and able to seek out appropriate points of contact

- Reliable internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Proven experience working with US based business teams
- Excellent written and communication skills in English language
- Full and ongoing overlap with Porch’s U.S. Central Time business hours (11:30 PM IST – 7:00 AM IST)
