Job Description
Data Engineer na Stone, empresa brasileira de tecnologia e serviços financeiros. Desenvolvendo pipelines, governança e integrações de dados CRM em Databricks.
Responsibilities:
- Build and enhance data pipelines (ETL/ELT), developing automated, reliable, and scalable workflows
- Participate in migrating CRM pipelines to the new data architecture
- Model and make data available for segmentation and personalization across analytical layers
- Document and make data available with appropriate frequency and latency for batch loads and near-real-time use cases
- Define and monitor data contracts, SLAs, owners, and quality criteria
- Prevent and resolve failures that could affect campaigns and analytics
- Build monitoring, telemetry, and alerting to proactively detect issues
- Support the integration of the data environment with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Amplitude, and other automation and engagement tools
- Support journey operations and workflow cleanup
- Optimize processing performance and costs
- Document solutions, support colleagues, and contribute to best practices and the team's growth
Requirements:
- Proficiency in SQL (modeling, procedures, DML, DDL, and pipelines) and Python
- Experience with cloud data platforms and data lake/lakehouse architectures
- Databricks experience is a plus
- Experience with GCP (BigQuery) is also welcome
- Experience orchestrating pipelines using Airflow, Databricks Workflows, or equivalent tools
- Software engineering best practices: version control (Git), testing, code review, and documentation
- Understanding of data quality, governance, and observability practices (contracts, monitoring, and alerting)
- Preferred: familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Amplitude, customer segmentation concepts, and CDPs
- Preferred: knowledge of the payments market and financial products
