Job Description
Senior AI/ML/Data Engineer developing ML, NLP, LLM, and RAG solutions for QAVION GROUP’s integrated consulting and technology business. Building scalable data pipelines and GenAI services.
Responsibilities:
- Design, development, and optimization of machine learning and deep learning models
- Design, implementation, and optimization of NLP solutions, LLMs, and RAG architectures
- Development of retrieval and knowledge layers for semantic search using embeddings and vector or graph databases
- Development, deployment, and operation of ML and GenAI services
- Development and operation of scalable data pipelines
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of professional experience as an AI / ML / Data Engineer
- University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience with programming languages such as Python
- Strong expertise in developing and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models using TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Extensive experience in NLP as well as LLM and RAG architectures
- Professional experience in developing retrieval and knowledge layers for semantic search using embeddings and vector or graph databases
- Very good knowledge of developing and operating scalable data pipelines using Apache Spark or SQL and ETL tools
