Job Description
Data Science Manager at Cozey focusing on demand forecasting and decision-making tools. Leading a team to implement data-driven strategies in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the Data Science roadmap
- Develop and operationalize demand forecasting models

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Applied Science, Analytics, or Decision Science
- 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience in Data Science/Analytics
- Deep expertise in demand forecasting and machine learning
- Practical experience with operations research and experimentation/causal inference
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Proven track record of delivered solutions that influenced decision-making
