Job Description
Data Product Manager leading the portfolio management of analytical tools at Grupo Boticário. Focused on both traditional BI and evolving into Generative AI interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, roadmap and engagement initiatives for the core data visualization and data preparation ecosystem (BigQuery, Looker, and Looker Studio).
- Guide the adoption cycle and curation of conversational data solutions (conversational analytics/CA) as a layer that provides agility and technology agnosticism.
- Design, track, and evolve the directorate's scorecard of value and efficiency indicators, translating telemetry and analytical logs (e.g., reuse rates, autonomy and usage fidelity) into clear executive reports.
- Drive planned cleanup and decommissioning of obsolete or idle analytical products at the edge, reducing clutter and noise in the environment.
- Oversee team-built products, including Environment Cost Monitoring and Auditing and an AI-based Tools Migration Accelerator.
- Lead alignment rituals and problem-discovery sessions with data leaders to ensure the roadmap solves the Group's real analytical bottlenecks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager of digital products or platforms.
- Deep expertise in product metrics, able to abstract business pains and technical volumes into actionable, directional indicators for the team.
- Knowledge of FinOps and Cost Efficiency: familiarity with concepts for managing, monitoring and optimizing cloud computing and data processing resources.
- Demonstrated ability to combine quantitative analyses (logs/telemetry) with qualitative research to validate hypotheses (data-informed).
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and roadmap prioritization rituals in short cycles (OKRs).
- Clear and concise communication skills for executive audiences (Senior Management and Directors).
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data modeling/lineage.
- Plus: Direct experience managing Data Products or enterprise analytics platforms; experience with tools in our ecosystem: BigQuery, Looker, Tableau or Dataprep; practical experience or participation in projects/applications developed with Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Benefits:
