Job Description

Deal Desk Analyst managing complex procurement submissions for TRM Labs’ AI-powered crime-intelligence platform. Coordinating portals, experts, deadlines, and compliance documentation across global bids.

Responsibilities:

  • Own live submissions from intake to upload, including submission calendars, clarification windows, Q&A deadlines, portal mechanics, and formatting
  • Administer procurement portals, including registration, credentials, two-factor authentication, renewals, and framework registrations
  • Route claims requiring verification to owners across Product, Security, Legal, Infrastructure, and Finance
  • Track outstanding responses and deadlines using AI-supported workflows
  • Escalate contractual, security, and data-residency flags to Legal and GRC
  • Perform a second read of submissions before delivery
  • Validate product, security, and compliance claims against canonical internal sources
  • Maintain accurate distinctions among TRM’s US, UK, EU, and federal entities and certifications
  • Identify stale, contradictory, or unverifiable content
  • Produce supporting documentation such as sole-source justifications, attestation letters, COI requests, reps and certs, and vendor onboarding packets
  • Build and curate a reusable AI-supported answer library
  • Triage, log, and assign every arriving request the same business day
  • Return portal registrations, reps and certs, and insurance packets inside 48 hours
  • Return security questionnaires and diligence packs, including evidence follow-ups, inside five business days
  • Coordinate asynchronously via Slack and Notion, with sync coordination around live bids

Requirements:

  • Experience owning complex written deliverables against hard external deadlines in bid or tender operations, deal desk, sales operations, procurement, or GRC
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage a dozen concurrent workstreams with different owners, formats, and deadlines
  • Credibility to obtain clear answers from engineers and lawyers
  • Genuine AI fluency, including configuring intake, routing, and QA workflows
  • Strong Excel and Word skills
  • Comfort with buyer procurement portals
  • Comfort with AI-assisted drafting and review
  • Nice to have: exposure to blockchain analytics, financial crime compliance, AML/CFT, or fintech
  • Nice to have: familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001/27701, Cyber Essentials Plus, FedRAMP, DORA, or GDPR
  • Nice to have: public-sector procurement frameworks including G-Cloud, SAM.gov, and EU tender portals
  • Nice to have: working knowledge of Notion, Asana, Slack, and Salesforce
