Job Description
Deployment Lead coordinating multi-country S/4HANA procurement and supplier-management rollouts. Supporting PMO governance, reporting and Steering Committee preparation for global transformation programs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate deployment activities across countries and business units
- Plan and manage rollout activities, milestones, dependencies and deployment readiness
- Coordinate with global program teams, local deployment organizations, Business, IT and Product teams
- Drive business and organizational readiness for upcoming rollout waves
- Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies and required decisions
- Ensure alignment between global teams and local stakeholders throughout the deployment
- Support go-live preparation, deployment execution and post-go-live stabilization
- Maintain clear status reporting and transparency on progress and critical topics
- Support the Program Lead with PMO and program governance activities
- Prepare management updates, decision papers and Steering Committee presentations
- Consolidate information across workstreams and translate complex project topics into concise management communication
- Support governance meetings and follow up on decisions, actions and open topics
Requirements:
- Experience as a Deployment Lead, Rollout Lead, Project Manager and PMO within large international transformation programs
- Experience with global or multi-country deployments involving different business units and stakeholder groups
- Good understanding of deployment planning, readiness management, go-live preparation and stabilization
- Experience within Procurement, Demand-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay or related business processes is highly beneficial
- Experience within Supplier Onboarding
- Experience with the rollout of business applications or additional solutions within a broader ERP transformation is an advantage
- Strong PMO and program coordination skills
- Experience preparing management reporting and Steering Committee presentations
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Business, IT, global program teams and local organizations
- Structured, proactive and comfortable working independently in a complex international program environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Fluent English is required
- Must be based in the EU or Switzerland
