Job Description
Analista de suporte de infraestrutura da Experian, empresa global de dados e tecnologia. Resolução de incidentes, administração de acessos e melhoria contínua dos serviços de TI.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve technical infrastructure support tickets, ensuring quality and compliance with established SLAs
- Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot incidents related to operating systems, networks, access, and infrastructure services
- Manage users, permissions, and access
- Support the identification and resolution of recurring issues, contributing to environment stability
- Document technical procedures and solutions
- Collaborate with Infrastructure professionals on improvements and automation initiatives
- Support the identification and remediation of vulnerabilities related to the environments under the team’s responsibility
Requirements:
- Previous experience in IT technical support
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- User, group, and permission management
- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN)
- Experience with ticketing and incident management tools
- Ability to investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of virtualized environments (VMware or Hyper-V) — a plus
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS — a plus
- Knowledge of shell scripting for task automation — a plus
- Knowledge of Terraform/Ansible — a plus
- Knowledge of Kubernetes — a plus
- Experience monitoring infrastructure environments and applications — a plus
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident and problem management — a plus
- Knowledge of information security and vulnerability management — a plus
