Job Description
Service Owner für Azure DevOps und Unternehmensanwendungen bei der WBS GRUPPE. Verantwortlich für Betrieb, Governance, Berechtigungen und Weiterentwicklung.
Responsibilities:
- Service ownership for Azure DevOps and other business applications, with a focus on operations, governance, and continuous improvement
- Management and coordination of requirements, changes, and incidents
- Responsibility for user, role, access rights, and license management
- Advising business departments on applications, processes, and best practices
- Preparing documentation and training materials
- Knowledge transfer for users
Requirements:
- Several years of experience administering enterprise applications, ideally Azure DevOps
- Experience as a Service Owner, Application Manager, or in IT service management
- Knowledge of access rights, license, and user management
- Knowledge of IT security and data protection
- Understanding of business processes and their technical enablement
- Analytical, service-oriented, and self-directed approach to work
- Strong communication and consulting skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and appropriately to different audiences
- Strong service and user focus, with high standards of quality
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- High degree of initiative, accountability, and reliability
- Enjoyment of collaborating with different business departments and stakeholders
