Job Description
DevOps Engineer responsible for evolving and deploying solutions for Veradigm's healthcare products. Critical to the success of VEHR/VPM/VIE products in both on-premises and Azure environments.
Responsibilities:
- Support and evolve our platforms and systems
- Responsible for building and deploying solutions and services in On-premises and Hosted environment
- Support Azure environments used by the Dev/QA teams
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably across development, operations and infrastructure.
- Experience with version control (Github environments, GitHub expertise and GIT workflow best practices).
- Proven experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with hands on experience with Github actions.
- Expertise in Azure cloud platforms including compute, storage and networking, Identity and Access management (IAM), monitoring and alerting.
- Good experience with Terraform for managing Azure infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Azure specific resources (App services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, etc.
- Strong scripting skills in Powershell, Python or Bash.
- Experience writing deployment scripts, cleanup routines, log parsers and tooling for development teams.
- Experience supporting applications built in VB6, Delphi and .Net (framework and core)-build and deployment automation.
- Ability to work around outdated or manual build process.
- Experience with Monitoring and logging tools like Azure monitor/Application insights, Log analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
