Job Description
DevOps Engineer helping customers transform applications into secure cloud infrastructure with DuploCloud. Implementing containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, and compliance solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with customers to understand their applications
- Translate customer applications into modern cloud infrastructure using the DuploCloud platform
- Dockerize applications running on VMs
- Set up centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting
- Help customers navigate SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, and HITRUST compliance frameworks
- Support customers through security and InfoSec audits
- Work through customer onboarding roadmaps
- Troubleshoot container deployments
- Guide customers through their infrastructure setup
- Support customers through infrastructure transformation and structured onboarding engagements
- Participate in a rotating schedule for weekend and holiday coverage
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of cloud architecture, infrastructure, or DevOps experience
- 2-3 years building Docker images across one or more stacks, including Python, Node.js, Java, or PHP
- Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Sound knowledge of Kubernetes, ECS, and similar container orchestration technologies
- Deep understanding of cloud security constructs including IAM, security groups, GuardDuty, penetration tests, WAF, Security Hub, intrusion detection, CVE, and vulnerability scanning
- Familiarity with CI/CD systems such as GitLab workflows, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, or Jenkins is a plus
- Passion for helping customers with infrastructure transformation through a 2-3 month DuploCloud onboarding process
- Strong communication skills and comfort interfacing directly with customers
- Availability for a rotating on-call schedule covering weekends and holidays, shared across the team
- Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions
