Job Description
Analista DevOps sênior evoluindo CI/CD, Kubernetes e infraestrutura como código. Trabalho remoto na Inmetrics, consultoria brasileira que conecta tecnologia, negócio e execução.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance the development lifecycle, from code integration (CI) through production delivery (CD)
- Create and maintain reusable pipeline templates for builds, testing, analysis, and deployments
- Write Shell Script and Docker automations for tooling, bootstrapping, and CI jobs
- Administer and optimize GitLab CI runners
- Enhance the SCM platform (GitLab), including branch policies, merge strategies, integrations, and upgrades
- Implement Shift Left practices, SAST, container scanning, and guardrails
- Develop internal tools with a Node/NestJS backend and React frontend
- Operate Kubernetes clusters and codify infrastructure with Terraform and Crossplane
- Provide technical leadership and ensure alignment among development, architecture, and users
- Oversee the development lifecycle, from architecture and technology selection through production maintenance and debugging
- Gather requirements from clients and translate them into technical and system requirements
- Lead test planning and simulations
- Coordinate the deployment of applications, optimizations, and fixes for IT solutions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in development/platform engineering in production environments
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI, including templates, runners, and integrations
- Advanced Shell Script and Python skills for pipeline automation
- Docker expertise, including optimized images, multi-stage builds, and security
- SCM management, including branch policies, conventional commits, and semantic versioning
- Comprehensive knowledge of the CI lifecycle: linting, builds, testing, static analysis, and artifact publication
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Crossplane
- Knowledge of Node.js/TypeScript (NestJS)
- Strong Linux fundamentals
- Proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a focus on continuous improvement
