Job Description
DevSecOps Software Engineer designing and delivering common embedded software solutions for Boeing's projects. Collaborating across cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and safety compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Automates, develops, monitors, improves, and troubleshoots across software engineering development, tooling, testing, integration, deployment, configuration processes, and security controls
- Analyzes, plans, and executes mitigation strategies to prevent potential security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities
- Implements an environment that enables high levels of quality, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Supports collaboration with cross functional teams to build and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software systems
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in modern programming languages such as C, C++, Python or Java
- 3+ years of experience with Development Operations (DevOps) and/or Development Security Operations (DevSecOps)
- Experience in Real Time Operating Systems such as VxWorks, DEOS, Integrity-178
- Experience in GitLab CI/CD, Bazel, Docker, VectorCAST instrumentation, RTOS Compilers
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- Ability to automate and script
