Job Description
Clinical Dietitian providing nutritional assessments, education, and documentation for Providence hospital patients. Supporting multidisciplinary care across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
Responsibilities:
- Complete nutritional assessments and documentation according to established timeframes
- Provide patient nutrition education
- Communicate with members of the healthcare team through established channels
- Work cooperatively with healthcare providers using a multidisciplinary approach
- Deliver nutritional care to infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
- Provide quality, patient-focused nutritional care at Redwood Memorial Hospital
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics or related field
- National CDR Registered Dietitian – Commission on Dietetic Registration upon hire
- Acute care hospital experience preferred
