Job Description
Digital CRM Architect leading business analysis and functional consulting for Hexaware’s Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. Fully remote role in Mexico.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to understand business objectives and operational challenges
- Perform fit-gap analysis between business requirements and Dynamics 365 / Power Platform capabilities
- Document current-state and future-state business processes
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and configuration specifications
- Recommend standard platform capabilities before customizations
- Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions, including tables/entities
- Configure user experiences to support business processes and operational efficiency
- Create and manage user stories within Azure DevOps or similar platforms
- Support backlog management and sprint planning activities
- Facilitate business workshops and requirements sessions
- Translate business needs into scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
Requirements:
- Advanced English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of Business Analysis and Functional Consulting experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Automate
- Deep understanding of CRM processes, including Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Business Requirements, and User Stories
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) certification required
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100) certification preferred
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate certification preferred
