Job Description
Digital Success Engineer building AI-assisted automation and integrations for Jamf’s Apple device management platform. Powering proactive digital customer success at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain automation, tooling, and integrations powering Jamf’s digital customer success motion
- Develop agentic workflows, in-app guidance, and connectors integrating Snowflake, Salesforce, Gainsight, and Slack
- Translate strategy and requirements into scoped, tested, and shipped technology
- Monitor, troubleshoot, version, and improve production digital-success tooling
- Implement targeting and personalization logic using adoption, health, and usage signals
- Apply AI-assisted development, agent and prompt engineering, version control, and MCP workflows
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy before customer delivery
- Build guardrails for automated customer-facing communication, including review and human approval controls
- Partner with the Customer Success Analytics Engineer and data teams on data, definitions, and pipelines
- Document and package solutions for maintenance, reuse, and handoff
- Evaluate emerging AI tools, models, and platforms and recommend adoption
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical build role such as software or automation engineering, solutions or integration engineering, analytics engineering, or similar
- Hands-on ability to build and maintain automation and integrations
- Comfort with APIs, data connectors, and scripting or low-code automation across Snowflake, Salesforce, Gainsight, and Slack
- Experience translating defined requirements and priorities into working, tested technology
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development, agent or prompt engineering, or connector-based MCP workflows (preferred)
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs with critical judgment
- Comfort with version control such as Git and modern software and data-stack practices
- Working knowledge of customer success or customer-engagement data and metrics (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant development, automation, or data-platform certifications (preferred)
