Job Description

Director of Creative Strategy at BM Digital managing creative product for high-performance marketing. Focused on performance outcomes across diverse client accounts in media and innovative strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the creative product across client portfolios
  • Set the creative standard for all clients and formats
  • Mentor strategists and improve the team's performance
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure high output standards
  • Align creative strategies with talent and creator processes
  • Own the onboarding process for new clients, focusing on early wins

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in performance creative, managing a large client portfolio
  • Ability to context-switch between various industries
  • Proven revenue driving experience on conversion rates and cost per acquisition
  • Fluency in direct response creative principles
  • Knowledge of platform dynamics for Meta and TikTok
  • Experience developing junior strategists and running teams under real performance pressure
