Job Description

Head of Creative Marketing responsible for creative strategy and ads for Findies' various product lines. Focused on scaling product growth through performance creative leadership in a B2C context.

Responsibilities:

  • Own creative strategy across all Findies product angles
  • Build scalable, documented creative production processes
  • Personally drive creative thinking on priority angles
  • Hire, onboard, and develop junior/mid Creative Producers
  • Partner closely with the Marketing team
  • Conduct competitor and trend research
  • Own and evolve Findies’ internal AI-powered creative pipeline
  • Set and enforce clear quality and performance standards for all creatives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years as Creative Marketing Lead / Head of Creative / Creative Strategist in subscription or high-velocity B2C apps
  • Direct ownership of ad performance metrics
  • Proven track record of creatives scaled to ≥5% Meta win rate
  • Experience hiring, managing, and mentoring creative teams of 2+ people
  • Hands-on mastery of paid social creative
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative tools and documented workflows
  • Data-driven approach
  • Ability to set vision, build process, raise standards, develop people
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher
