Job Description
Marketing M&A Functional Leader overseeing the strategy for Cisco's acquisitions integrations. Managing complex projects and driving process optimization in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- lead the strategy and execution of marketing integrations for Cisco’s acquisitions
- oversee the entire integration lifecycle—from due diligence through to deal closure
- ensure alignment with Cisco’s brand and growth objectives
- drive process optimization, risk mitigation, and cultural integration
- manage key performance indicators and executive reporting
- deliver scalable, repeatable integration processes that protect deal value and accelerate business momentum
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing roles
- significant exposure to mergers and acquisitions or integration management
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects
- strong stakeholder management skills
- deep expertise in demand generation, brand architecture, digital marketing, and go-to-market strategies
- MBA preferred
- experience in financial modeling, risk assessment, and data-driven decision-making
- strong change management skills
- collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing
- experience developing and optimizing playbooks, dashboards, and integration tools
