Job Description
Canva Education Sales Lead expanding school adoption and educational outcomes across MENA. Building district relationships, driving software adoption, and closing education-sector deals.
Responsibilities:
- Own the school onboarding lifecycle, including strategy, prospecting, planning, onboarding, execution, and results within identified districts
- Foster relationships with regional administration and manage key district stakeholders and decision-makers
- Provide technical documentation, support, onboarding help, teacher development resources, Canva guidance, and strategic advice
- Serve as an ambassador of Canva Education with teachers and educators
- Run a predictable business delivering agreed customer transformation strategies focused on educational outcomes
- Understand the Canva user lifecycle and collaborate with Canva’s Education Community team
- Identify trends and usage patterns through data analysis and share insights with Sales & Success, Product, and Marketing teams
- Drive retention and engagement by testing, learning, and iterating lifecycle strategies
- Identify high-value districts, source strategic leads, and close deals to bring Canva to new districts
- Partner with schools and districts to drive adoption, support rollouts, and create long-term classroom impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the K-12 Education market
- Understanding of classroom productivity solutions
- Ability to communicate with Instructional Technology Specialists and teachers about improving student learning outcomes through design and collaboration
- Experience selling and/or driving adoption of education software solutions
- Real-world teaching and instructional technology design experience
- Deep understanding of system-wide school technology deployments
- Excellent collaboration skills, including remote collaboration and working with people outside the direct team
- Good business planning skills and ability to move from planning to implementation and complete high-impact projects
- Experience in community management
- Understanding of social media best practices and tactics for education audiences
