Job Description
Engineer Lead providing production support for financial services clients, focusing on incident response and collaboration with operations teams. Requires expertise in Cobol and Systematics background.
Responsibilities:
- As the Engineer Lead, you will be a part of the front-line team for production support for our client’s operations team, incident response, and daily turnover activities.
- You will play a pivotal role collaborating with cross-functional teams to restore service, communicate with clients, and drive issue resolution.

Requirements:
