Job Description
E&S Tax Filing Specialist at RecruitGo responsible for preparing surplus lines tax filings. Ensuring compliance and accuracy while managing multiple deadlines in a fully remote role within the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, review, and organize documentation required for E&S tax filings
- Process and prepare E&S tax filing submissions accurately and within deadlines
- Ensure compliance with state-specific surplus lines tax requirements
- Maintain accurate records of filings and supporting documents
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to obtain necessary information
- Monitor filing timelines and follow up on pending requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in E&S tax filing, including document gathering and processing
- Hands-on experience using Inscipher for tax filing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple filings and meet strict deadlines
- Good organizational and documentation skills
