Job Description
Executive Leadership and Growth Partner promoting premium leadership and personal development programs. Building client relationships and an independent, performance-based consulting business remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Represent and promote internationally recognized personal and leadership development programs
- Connect with qualified professionals
- Conduct consultative discovery conversations
- Guide interested individuals through the enrollment process for premium educational programs
- Build relationships with qualified prospective clients
- Introduce and present premium educational programs
- Follow proven systems and marketing processes
- Participate in leadership and personal development curriculum
- Continue personal leadership and professional development
- Manage business activities independently
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, self-motivated, and growth-oriented
- Passion for leadership and helping others succeed
- Comfortable working independently
- Experience in coaching, consulting, leadership, education, business, sales, or related professions is preferred
- Must understand and accept that this is an independent role with results-based compensation
- Genuine interest in a self-employment opportunity
- English proficiency is required
