Job Description
Paintless Dent Repair Technician restoring vehicle dents for Dent Wizard’s automotive reconditioning business. Traveling to customer locations or assigned sites while building customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
- Review completed work with customers
- Walk lots
- Write work orders
- Negotiate approvals
- Build strong customer relationships
- Promote Dent Wizard’s automotive reconditioning services
Requirements:
- No experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Must undergo applicable post-offer, pre-employment screening, which may include physical examination, vision assessment, background check, and drug screening
