Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Conduct live calls, group calls, and 1:1 sessions with participants
- Deliver practical, specialized knowledge in your area of expertise
- Record instructional videos and digital learning content
- Support the creation and ongoing development of learning materials
- Answer participants’ subject-matter questions
- Guide participants through practical tasks and real-world use cases
- Contribute your own professional experience, examples, and best practices
- Coordinate suitable formats and topics based on your expertise and availability
Requirements:
- Extensive practical experience in warehousing, logistics, procurement, or supply chain management
- Understanding of challenges and processes in real-world business environments
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly and practically
- Enjoyment of sharing knowledge with others
- Reliable and self-directed approach to work
- Confident using digital meetings and online formats
- Experience as an instructor, trainer, or coach is an advantage but not required
- Experts from retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, logistics services, and inventory management are particularly welcome
