Job Description
Remote Facilities Manager overseeing U.S. facility operations, vendors, maintenance, and compliance for Anywhere Talent. Managing renovation and relocation projects, budgets, timelines, and contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and vendor management
- Ensure compliance with U.S. health, safety, and environmental regulations, including OSHA and local codes
- Manage facility budgets, expenses, and cost-control initiatives
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Plan, initiate, and manage facility improvement, renovation, and relocation projects from start to finish
- Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders
- Track project milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors and service providers
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure service level agreements are met
- Supervise facility staff, custodial teams, and maintenance personnel
- Train and mentor team members on safety protocols and best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on facility management experience in the United States (required)
- Demonstrated project management experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes, OSHA regulations, and building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Proficiency in facility management software and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
- Prior facility management experience in the United States is required for interview consideration
- Verifiable U.S.-based facility management experience is required to proceed to interview stage
