Job Description

Farmer role for upselling and creating opportunities at Base Viral, a marketing and sales company. Focused on client relationship management and ensuring customer satisfaction in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet your sales targets.
  • The focus will be on creating upsell opportunities by identifying solutions and products that add value for customers.
  • Renewal sales: work together with the squad to develop renewal and expansion plans, ensuring a healthy renewal rate and increasing LTV.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with the customer base, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and efficiently resolving any requests or issues.
  • Actively participate in routine performance optimization calls for the Referral Program with all clients in your portfolio;
  • Update the consultancy's internal controls with results generated by clients;
  • Collaborate with onboarding, customer success, and technical support teams to maximize retention.

Requirements:

  • Expert at building and strengthening strategic relationships;
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and strategies;
  • Organized to manage multiple projects and concurrent demands.
