Job Description

Executivo de Contas Farmer for Base Viral focusing on driving sales and client satisfaction through upselling and account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet your sales targets
  • Create upsell opportunities by identifying solutions and products that add value for customers
  • Collaborate with the squad to develop renewal and expansion plans
  • Build and maintain close relationships with the customer base
  • Actively participate in performance-optimization calls for the Referral Program
  • Update the consultancy's internal tracking and reporting with results generated by clients
  • Work collaboratively with onboarding, customer success, and technical support teams

Requirements:

  • Experience training new programs and team members
  • Expert at building and strengthening strategic relationships
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and strategies
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects and concurrent demands
