Job Description
Field Support Specialist tracking legal work orders and field expenses for Choice Legal. Updating systems, coordinating deliveries, and supporting ABI staff and clients remotely from Tampa.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately account for incoming and outgoing work orders
- Enter Field Representative information and communications into ABI systems throughout the day
- Provide order-status updates to ABI staff and clients
- Perform administrative tasks to pass orders seamlessly to the next department
- Maintain daily payroll sheets for field expenses and task completion
- Bind, upload, and scan records
- Update order statuses in the ABI computer system
- Track field-held work orders and report missing orders
- Redistribute work orders, records, and X-ray films to appropriate departments
- Communicate with field personnel and internal departments by email and phone
- Process cancellations and case settlements
- Record daily Field Support metrics in Excel
- Maintain confidentiality and organize incoming work orders and deliveries
- Log and status Field Representative routes and deliveries
- Report errors to the Lead or Field Supervisor
- Confirm completed work is uploaded into Solcom
- At higher levels, independently resolve problem orders, conduct research, reschedule appointments, sort work, train employees, and assist lead staff
Requirements:
- High School Graduate and / or GED equivalent
- College education desirable but not required
- Prior data entry, medical, legal, or insurance claims office work helpful but not required
- 10-key proficiency is a plus
- Typing speed of 30–40 WPM
- Good understanding of organizational goals and objectives
- Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively
- Critical attention to detail
- Proficient knowledge of Wincopy, Solcom, and the ABI Website for Level II/III responsibilities
- Knowledge of department functions and order flow for Level II responsibilities
- Ability to reschedule appointments and sort work and deliveries for Level III responsibilities
