Job Description
Finance Systems Analyst at Chainalysis responsible for finance systems architecture and collaborating with stakeholders. Improving technology experiences and supporting business processes through system enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver intuitive technology experiences to employees through technical and business process improvements
- Serve as the first line of support on our Finance Systems help desk
- Develop enablement materials for new system enhancements, lead training sessions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, scope solutions, refine requirements
- Provide regular updates to business partners on priorities, initiatives, and progress
- Partner to define and implement business systems best practices
- Identify opportunities for automation and develop AI use cases
Requirements:
- Experience as a technically proficient, NetSuite-focused Systems Analyst
- Experience working in a tech-forward project management environment
- A basic understanding of low-code integration tools (iPaaS/ETL)
- A basic understanding of the following NetSuite modules: ARM, FAM, Multi-Book, Electronic Payments, and SuiteBilling
- Experience working across core finance process areas: Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash
- A basic understanding of consolidated financial statements, including P&L and Balance Sheet
- Experience in setting and managing stakeholder expectations
- Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional projects
- Comfort and effectiveness working with stakeholders at all levels
