Job Description
Financial Planning Analyst developing financial models, forecasts, and analyses for BPO companies. Supporting strategic planning and consolidating information across various areas.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and update financial models, forecasts and budgets, and perform scenario analyses
- Monitor periodic results (actual vs. budget), identify variances and propose corrective action plans
- Prepare management reports, executive dashboards and presentations for the Board of Directors and sponsor
- Support strategic planning processes, target-setting and KPI development
- Consolidate information from multiple departments, ensuring integrity, traceability and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
- Collaborate on the monthly financial close with Accounting, Controllership and Tax teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement, process automation and data quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial planning / controllership
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
- Experience in BPO companies or financial consulting firms
- Analytical, organized and data-driven profile
- Ability to interact with executive management and strategic areas
- Capacity to work autonomously in a remote setting with a high level of responsibility.
Benefits:

- Compensation range: BRL 8,000 to BRL 10,000 (depending on experience and seniority)
