Job Description
Entry-level QA Specialist ensuring accuracy of floor plans for MediaLab 3D Solutions. Role involves proofreading, testing, and providing feedback in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Proofread residential single-family and multi-family floorplans by comparing marketing artwork against AutoCAD files, ensuring the floor plans accurately reflect design, features, labels, and client standards
- Test electronic floor plan brochures to ensure interactive features display and function correctly
- Provide clear, concise written feedback to Floorplan Artists documenting the results of the floor plan evaluation
- Coordinate with Account Managers and Team Leads to document, develop and maintain client standards
- Meet tight deadlines and quickly adapt to shifting priorities
- Exhibit familiarity with architectural terminology and concepts, including AutoCad
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a proofreading or quality assurance environment
- Excellent communication skills, particularly within the scope of providing feedback and explaining directions
- Highly detail-oriented
- Strong ability to prioritize and work independently while being deadline-driven in a fast paced environment
