Job Description
Forward Deployed Engineer building tailored AI voice and audio integrations for ElevenLabs’ strategic customers. Owning complex projects and collaborating with customer engineering and executive teams.
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners
- Work hands-on to deliver high-impact solutions
- Collaborate daily with customers’ engineering and executive teams
- Design tailored technical solutions for customers
- Brainstorm technical architectures and product features
- Build full-scale integrations
- Use coding and technical skills to solve complex customer problems
- Ensure customers achieve their goals and maximize the use of ElevenLabs technologies
Requirements:
- Experience working with customers, including through student clubs or side projects
- Interest in working closely with customers in a technical capacity
- Proficiency in Python
- Strong software development knowledge
- Deep understanding of software development
- Knowledge of software architecture
- Experience with API integration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to summarize complex technical knowledge
- Ability to use logic to pursue optimal solutions
