Job Description
Product Designer shaping user experiences for AI-driven systems. Collaborating with teams to design intuitive, elegant interfaces with significant ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end user experiences for complex, data-heavy workflows, enabling users to easily explore, monitor, and improve AI agents and systems.
- Own the product’s UX and UI from concept to execution, including wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and interaction flows.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented with high quality.
- Work directly with leadership to understand product vision, user needs, and priorities, translating them into clear design solutions.
- Establish and evolve a cohesive visual language, design system, and interaction patterns that scale with the product.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate ideas and continuously refine designs.
- Design for developer-focused and technical audiences, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and usability in complex tooling environments.
- Iterate quickly based on real user feedback and product learnings, balancing speed with thoughtful design decisions.
Requirements:
- Min Experience: 2 years
- Strong experience as a Product Designer with hands-on ownership of UX and UI for digital products.
- High proficiency in design tools such as Figma, with the ability to create polished, production-ready designs.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design, especially for complex or technical products.
- Experience or strong interest in designing developer tools, dashboards, or data-intensive applications.
- Ability to think in systems—connecting workflows, edge cases, and user goals into cohesive experiences.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with minimal structure and high ownership.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset, curiosity about AI-driven products, and a strong desire to shape something meaningful from the ground up.
