Job Description
Senior UX/UI Designer Specialist at Risepoint crafting user-centered digital experiences for online education programs. Leading design efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance learning solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute UX/UI design for key product initiatives
- Develop and apply UX strategy that aligns user needs with business objectives
- Translate partner needs and business goals into thoughtful design solutions
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Contribute to and evolve design systems, patterns, and standards across multiple brands
- Conduct and operationalize user research, usability testing, and analytic insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Content, Development, and Marketing teams
- Advocate for human-centered design and UX best practices
- Mentor other designers through collaborative and impactful design feedback
- Present and collaborate on design with stakeholders and leadership
Requirements:
- 4–6+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Web Design, or Digital Product Design
- Submission of a portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, full-life-cycle design thinking and polished creative marketing design
- Experience designing for web and/or mobile products at scale
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, or similar
- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual marketing design
- Ability to balance user needs, client needs, and business objectives
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills while working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
