Job Description
Senior Product Designer delivering high-quality user experiences for a healthcare improvement company. Collaborating with product, engineering, and research teams to design intuitive and accessible solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end user experiences within a product or POD, ensuring usability, clarity, and consistency
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for features and workflows
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to align on scope, feasibility, and timelines
- Leverage and contribute to design systems, patterns, and standards
Requirements:
- 7 or more years of applicable experience
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
- Strong ability to design intuitive, end-to-end user experiences within a product or workflow
- Skilled in interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping
- Solid visual design skills with attention to clarity, consistency, and usability
- Experience working within and contributing to design systems and component libraries
- Highly collaborative team player
- Listens closely to customer needs and feedback
- Actively contributes to team success by sharing ideas and providing feedback
- Proficient in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred)
