Job Description
FP&A Analyst guiding budget processes and financial analyses for Gaudium's urban mobility operations. Engage with stakeholders to support decision-making with actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting process and its periodic revisions (forecast).
- Perform variance analyses (budget vs. actual), assessing margins, costs, operating expenses (OPEX), and profitability by area/product.
- Support the development of financial models for short-, medium-, and long-term projections.
- Prepare management reports and dashboards with financial KPIs, ensuring clarity and executive-level storytelling for leadership.
- Support the executive team in decision-making using structured financial data and critical analyses.
- Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work closely with business units to understand goals, challenges, and financial impacts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, effective communication, and proactivity.
- Previous experience in financial planning or financial modeling.
- Intermediate English.
