Job Description
Executive Director Finance overseeing financial performance and strategic recommendations at Mercy. Collaborating with leaders and managing finance operations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial results for Mercy.
- Monitor organizational performance and manage the forecasting process.
- Manage the day-to-day processes within the Finance department to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all reports.
- Provide analysis and support to administration and develop analytical tools and reports for departments.
- Recommend process improvement strategies and work simplification to ensure coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of five years accounting or financial management experience
- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literacy with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Knowledge of proper financial statement formats and disclosures required under GAAP
- Ability to work with and preserve confidential information
