Job Description
FP&A Business Partner providing financial insights to support decision-making and budget management for the American Cancer Society. Collaborating with business leaders to shape financial strategy and operational execution.
Responsibilities:
- Establish strong alignment with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into financial plans
- Lead the development and management of budgets and forecasts
- Provide insightful variance analysis and recommendations
- Develop performance reporting and financial analysis to inform executive decision-making
- Lead financial models and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- 5+ years in financial planning & analysis or related role
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Expertise in business case development and analytical modeling
